What winds through this practice is the knowledge that the body if a powerful healer. Giving the mind a break and sinking into the sensations of being alive allows the body to do what it needs to in order to move with, through and past the damage done by overuse, overthinking, and trauma, no matter how small.

If nothing else, it’s 2 hours of quiet existence and movement exploration in a peaceful setting. No judgement. No pressure.

By shifting focus from controlling the body, to following it, we open ourselves to receptivity, relaxation, rest, and inspiration. Kryss will lead you through breath-based Basic Practices, into free movements, and cued exercises.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. This session is open to every body that is interested and open to a new experience of movement.

Kryss received her Dancemeditation™ Instructor Certification in 2008, after completing the multi-year training program with Dunya Dianne McPherson, Founder. Kryss brings a lifetime of dance knowledge ranging from Ballet and Modern to Flamenco, MENAHT and Indian Classical, together with a deep fascination of the functionality of the human body to create a gentle space for rich movement exploration to occur.
