Twerk/Bounce Workshop with Ariel Blanco
Class will begin with a warmup followed by glute building circuits focused on glute and leg activation. Isolation exercises will help tone and strengthen the hips, legs, glutes and back. We’ll work on key core twerk techniques the will allow us to really THROW IT BACK.
