Classes are limited to 5 students. Please BYO Yoga Mat, Pole Wiping Towel and water. We will have alcohol spray and disinfectant.
This class is about the basics. If you have been wanting to try pole dancing as a fitness practice, this is the best place to start. You will learn 4 basic grips, front and back sweeps, and basic climbing techniques. This class will focus on breaking down the strength building exercises used at the beginning of the Open Level classes on Tuesdays (10:00am) and Mondays(7:30pm). We’ll always warm up with some sexy dance moves and floor work and end with some yummy stretching.
What to Wear:
No Shoes!!! Shorts and a tank top are best to allow for climbing, but yoga pants are sufficient. Try to avoid body lotions and oils on class days. They make you slip more and that’s just frustrating.
