Step off the pole and onto the floor in this sensual series.
Learn how to use the floor as your stage by creating stunning shapes that highlight your body in smooth, fluid movements. This is THE class to take if you want to get in touch with your sultry side in a highly encouraging environment. Think of it as “sensual breakdancing.” With proper guidance, floorwork is much easier than you might imagine.
In this course you’ll learn rolls, inversions, transitions, and leg tricks.
Bring knee pads, socks, and an open mind. Heels optional. Come have a roll-about with me!
