Floor Worship Foundations with Tracy Twerks

In this beginner-friendly series, you’ll learn the complete foundations of sensual floorwork. From crawls and leg waves, to inversions and fluid transitions, you’ll learn proper technique on how to seamlessly flow with the floor.

No need to worry about choreography here. Our main focus will be technique and how to confidently and safely execute challenging moves.

Floorwork is a strong standalone skill or a beautiful addition to your pole practice. My level one course is also the precursor to dance acrobatics, building the strength, confidence, and foundation you’ll need to literally elevate your dance practice.

Consider this your wake-up call to your inner goddess. Let’s have a sexy roll-about.
