New Classes with Iona!!!!
Join Iona for classic orientale style belly dance technique and combinations suited best for beginner and intermediate level students, with layering for more advanced. Each class will start with a gentle warm up and end with a soothing cool down, with some fun-loving shimmies, tummy toning technique, and hip rolling combos in between!
Iona’s class mantra: Whatever level you are, embrace and hone the moves that look good on you and dance them with join.
