This class, led by Kryss, is the next step for anyone with fundamental knowledge of MENAHT aka Belly Dance movement vocabulary. We’ll drill the isolated movements of the torso, find connection to our feet, travel, shimmy and undulate, add arms and create short combos.
Pre-requisite: 3-6 months of “Belly Dance Fundamentals” (Wednesdays 7:15pm-8:15pm) or equivalent experience.
