Beginner Pole Strength & Conditioning (6 week series)

COVID UPDATE…Please Read our COVID19 Protocols. Due to distance restriction and no sharing of poles, classes will be limited to 4 students. Please BYO Yoga Mat & Pole Wiping Towel. We will have alcohol spray and disinfectant.

Intro Pole Goddess or equivalent experience required.

Build strength for climbing, spins, & inverts. Gain flexibility in your hips and shoulders. Let the good times flow.
