You should have a confident relationship with the pole for this class. What does that mean? You have strong fundamentals, i.e. getting your feet off the ground is easy, consistently spin/fly around a static pole for 1 full revolution, climb and sit, inverts are not a struggle.
Class content can range from short bursts of conditioning challenge games to cued improvisation. We sometimes bust out the heels and sometimes we roll around the base of the pole like wiggle worms. It all depends on the vibe of the night.
