For pole dancers who are comfortable with climbs and working on basic inverts.
This class will focus on proper climbing/inverting techniques as well as combo spins.
Class starts with a conditioning warm-up and ends with a stretching cool-down.

Exercises from Pilates, Ballet, Yoga, Dancemeditation, Classical Indian and of course, Belly Dance technique are fused together to gain greater strength, flexibility and range of motion in the muscle groups most used in Belly Dance.Wear comfortable clothes, no shoes. Bring a yoga mat and blanket if you have your own but we have some to use at the studio as well.

Make Friends with the Pole!!! Learn the basics and build strength with a variety of sexy and not so sexy moves. It's an hour and fifteen minute total body workout that's more fun than you can shake a stick at.
No Experience Needed!!!
Wear comfortable workout clothes, preferably shorts, and lay off the creams and lotions.
