Do's and Don'ts for All Crescent Lotus Classes:
Do dress comfortably in basic workout style clothing...yoga pants, tank top/t-shirt.
Do feel free to wear clothing or accessories that inspire you to move and feel good about yourself. You'll be looking at yourself in the mirror a lot, so enjoy it.
Do bring an open mind and a willingness to learn new things and meet new people. Make friends and have a good time.
Don't wear street shoes in the studio dance space. If you must have something on your feet, wear footwear specifically for dance that is not worn anywhere but in the dance studio or in your home.
Don't bring small children to class. The studio is not child proof and we don't want anyone, especially little ones, to get hurt.
Don't bring animals to the studio.
Don't bring food or drink into the studio dance space.
