We dance to celebrate all aspects of life and all forms of human emotion. We dance to be social, to be alone, to be healthier and to have FUN. Dance is being studied by neuroscientists to determine it's benefits for brain health as well as physical health. Why do you Dance? Spend more time with friends and Family? Exercise more? Get fit? Learn something new? Have more fun? Crescent Lotus offers classes and discounts to help you do it all!!!  We want to thank our students and teachers for making 2008 a great year. Crescent Lotus was honored to host such wonderful talent as Rachel George, Urban Gypsy, and Aradia of Las Vegas. We had some very special, out of the ordinary workshops as well. In particular, Hoopniacs Hula Hooping workshop which was a fabulous yet blustery day in the park with Cliff and a whole lot of hoops. We had a great time and drew a bit of attention. We'll be planning another one soon. Belly Dancing for Better Sex was a huge success and I'm sure Marcie Selena will offer it again. So much information and so much fun. There have been "indirect" compliments paid to the instructor, from what I've heard the info has been very satisfying!!!! The Bellementals show at Balcony Music Club was a great time and a new show is in the works for Spring 2009. And in looking forward, Crescent Lotus plans to have some new classes...Yoga & possibly, NIA!!!!
